You will take calls from native U.S. customers, advise them, resolve questions, manage requests and deliver an excellent customer service experience, following the company's protocols and quality standards.
- At least 1 year of call center experience
- Advanced English, spoken and written
- Excellent communication and service mindset
- Availability for different shifts and schedules
Customer service advisor (Spanish)
You will handle and manage customer requests, provide information, resolve questions, follow up on cases and offer timely, quality service, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- At least 1 year of call center experience

- Comfortable with technology tools
- Service mindset and problem solving
- Availability for different shifts and schedules
Digital content creator and social media manager
You will manage the company's social media, create and edit videos, reels, stories and digital content, stay on top of trends and support campaign management and tracking with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Experience managing and running social media
- Creating and editing videos, stories, reels and digital content
- Canva, CapCut and AI tools
- Knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads
