This policy explains each permission we ask for in our forms, shows its full text exactly as you see it before submitting, and tells you how to withdraw it. It applies to US Enrollment Center LLC (“USEC”) and Aion Insurance Group Corp (“Aion”). Effective: October 28, 2026.
At a glance
- We ask for separate permissions: sharing your request with Aion; calls and text messages; and educational emails. Each has its own checkbox, and none is ever pre-checked.
- Only the companies named in the form will contact you: US Enrollment Center LLC and Aion Insurance Group Corp. We do not use “partner” lists.
- Agreeing to automated calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing any product.
- You may withdraw any permission at any time: reply STOP, use the unsubscribe link, call (855) 925-6430 or ask by any reasonable means. We honor it within 10 business days at most.
- We keep a record of what you agreed to (text, version, date and time, IP address and an image of the form).

4. How the checkboxes are presented
- Each permission has its own checkbox, separate from the others and from acceptance of our terms.
- No checkbox is pre-checked; you must check it yourself.
- The full text is visible, or opens with “Read full text” next to the checkbox, before you submit.
- Near the submit button we link to this policy, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use.
- The text is displayed at a readable size.
Consent to automated calls and texts is not a condition of purchase.
5. Who will contact you: named entities
Only the entities named in the text you accepted will contact you: US Enrollment Center LLC, Aion Insurance Group Corp and Aion’s licensed agents. We do not use partner lists or links to hundreds of companies, and we do not sell or resell requests.
The “Information sharing” box names Aion as the only recipient, as required by CMS rule 42 CFR 422.2274(g)(4) for sharing Medicare beneficiary data between marketing organizations. If another recipient were ever added, it would have its own checkbox that you could accept or decline separately.
6. Status of “one-to-one” rules (CMS versus FCC)
- FCC: the 2023 rule requiring “one-to-one” consent for each seller was vacated by the Eleventh Circuit (Insurance Marketing Coalition v. FCC, January 2025), and the FCC withdrew it in July 2025. The requirement of prior express written consent for telemarketing calls and texts using an autodialer or artificial or prerecorded voice remains in effect (47 CFR 64.1200).
- CMS: 42 CFR 422.2274(g)(4) and 423.2274(g)(4), effective October 1, 2024, remain in force according to the eCFR as of October 26, 2026: Medicare beneficiary data collected by a marketing organization may pass to another only with prior express written consent naming each recipient.
That is why we name each company and do not use partner lists, even though the FCC rule no longer requires it.
7. How long consent lasts
Your consent remains in effect until you withdraw it. For Medicare, a request for information or a Scope of Appointment is valid for 12 months for the appointment it covers; after that we will ask for a new one before a marketing appointment. If the phone number you gave us is reassigned, the consent does not transfer to the new subscriber.
8. How to withdraw consent
You may withdraw any permission at any time, at no cost, by any reasonable means, for example:
- by replying STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE (or “PARAR,” “BAJA,” “CANCELAR”) to any text message;
- by telling the agent during a call, or using the automated option in the call where available;
- by using the unsubscribe link in any email;
- by calling (855) 925-6430 (TTY 711) or writing to newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us, info@aionigc.com or newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us.
We apply your choice as soon as possible and within 10 business days at most, across USEC, Aion, the CRM, the dialer and the messaging platform. After a STOP we may send one confirmation text with no marketing content. We do not currently designate an exclusive method for revoking consent.
Withdrawing call or text permission does not cancel a plan you are already enrolled in, and does not stop necessary non-marketing communications about your policy.
9. Calling hours and Do Not Call
We place marketing calls and texts only during legally permitted hours in your local time (based on your ZIP code): not before 8 a.m. or after 9 p.m. under the federal rule; in Florida, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and no more than 3 solicitation calls in 24 hours on the same subject; in Texas, within state hours.
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry, the Texas No-Call list and our internal list. If you gave us prior express written consent, we may contact you even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry until you withdraw it. See our Do Not Call Policy.
10. Records we keep
To show what you authorized, we keep with each submission:
- the exact text of each checkbox as displayed and its version (for example, tcpa-usec-nuevo-medicare-tx-v2.0-2026-10-26);
- the status of each checkbox (checked or not);
- the date and time, page address, language, browser and time zone;
- the IP address;
- an image of the form at the time of submission and its SHA-256 fingerprint computed on the server;
- the phone number and email you entered, and any later opt-out with its date.
We keep these records for 10 years from the last use of the consent.
11. Texas and Florida rules
- Texas: since September 1, 2025, the telephone solicitation law (Bus. & Com. Code ch. 302, SB 140) covers text messages. According to Secretary of State guidance, senders texting with prior consent do not need to register.
- Florida: section 501.059 requires prior express written consent with a signature (checking a box or replying to a text counts) for sales calls or texts using automated systems. Before suing over a text, a consumer must reply STOP and the sender has 15 days to stop; we stop much sooner.
12. If you do not consent
- If you do not authorize sharing with Aion, we cannot pass your request to a licensed agent. You may call us directly at (855) 925-6430.
- If you do not authorize automated calls and texts, you won’t be able to submit the online form; you can call us at (855) 925-6430 and an agent will help you.
- If you do not authorize educational emails, we will not send newsletters or reminders; you will receive only the emails needed to respond to your request.
- You never need to give a permission in order to buy a plan, and declining does not affect your eligibility.
