This page explains how to exercise your rights over the personal information held by US Enrollment Center LLC (“USEC”) and Aion Insurance Group Corp (“Aion”): what you can request, how to request it, how we verify your identity, how quickly we respond and how to appeal. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Effective: October 28, 2026.

1. What you can request
| Right | What it means |
|---|---|
| Know and access | Confirm whether we process your data and receive a copy of the data we hold about you, its sources, how we use it and who received it |
| Correct | Ask us to correct inaccurate data |
| Delete | Ask us to delete your data, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, Medicare call recordings for 6 years or consent records) |
| Portability | Receive your data in a common, machine-readable format |
| Opt out of sale | We do not sell personal data; you may still record this preference |
| Opt out of targeted advertising and sharing | Stop us from using your data or cookies to show you ads based on your activity on other sites |
| Opt out of profiling | We do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects; you may record this preference |
| Limit use of sensitive data | Have us use sensitive data only to fulfill your request |
| Withdraw consent | Stop receiving calls, texts or emails, or withdraw authorization to share with Aion |
| List of recipients | Learn the specific recipients your data was disclosed to |
Some rights depend on your state’s law and on whether that law applies to us. To keep things simple, we honor these requests from any U.S. resident to the extent reasonable, even where state law does not require it.
2. How to submit a request
- Email: newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us (subject “Privacy request”).
- Phone: (855) 925-6430 (TTY 711).
- Online form: the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer.
- Mail: US Enrollment Center LLC, Attn: Privacy, 701 Brickell Ave,, Miami, FL 33131.
Include your name, the phone number or email you gave us, your state of residence and the right you want to exercise. There is no charge. If requests from the same person are manifestly excessive or repetitive, the law may allow us to decline them or charge a reasonable fee; we will explain first.
To stop calls or texts, simply reply STOP or tell the agent; for email, use the unsubscribe link. See our Do Not Call Policy.
3. Identity verification
To protect your data, before we provide a copy, correct or delete information we confirm that the request comes from you. We will ask you to confirm the phone number or email on file and send a code there. For more sensitive data we may ask for one or two additional details we already hold. We will never ask for your Social Security or Medicare number to verify your identity. Requests to opt out of targeted advertising or sale do not require verification. If we cannot verify your identity, we will tell you and, where possible, treat the request as an opt-out.
4. Authorized agent
Another person may submit a request for you with your signed permission or a power of attorney. We will ask for that document and, unless there is a power of attorney, may confirm directly with you. This helps family members assisting an older adult. You may also use an authorized opt-out mechanism such as the Global Privacy Control signal.
5. Response times
- We acknowledge your request within 10 business days at most.
- We respond within 45 days of receipt. If we need more time, we may extend once by another 45 days, telling you before the deadline and explaining why.
- Call and text opt-outs are applied as soon as possible and within 10 business days at most.
- Targeted advertising opt-outs are applied as soon as possible and within 15 business days at most.
6. How to appeal
If we deny your request in whole or in part, we will explain why. You may appeal by replying to our message or writing to newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us with the subject “Appeal” within 60 days. Someone other than the person who made the first decision will review it and respond in writing within 60 days, explaining the decision. If we deny the appeal, we will tell you how to file a complaint with your state Attorney General; in Texas, with the Office of the Attorney General (texasattorneygeneral.gov).
7. Global Privacy Control and “Do Not Sell or Share”
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a valid request to opt out of sale, sharing and targeted advertising for that browser. If you have given us your email or phone number, we also apply the opt-out to your record when we can associate it. Every page footer also includes a “Your Privacy Choices” (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information) link to record your choice.
Reminder: we do not sell your personal information or health data. If we ever sold sensitive data, the TDPSA would require us to post the notice “NOTICE: We may sell your sensitive personal data.” and obtain your prior consent; it does not apply today.
8. Rights by state
| State | Law | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Texas | Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), Bus. & Com. Code ch. 541, effective July 1, 2024 | Rights to access, correct, delete, port and opt out; appeal; complaint to the Attorney General; opt-out through an authorized agent or universal signal since January 1, 2025. |
| California | CCPA/CPRA | Likely not applicable today given the thresholds (revenue over US$26,625,000, or data of 100,000 or more California residents, or 50% of revenue from selling or sharing); we follow its principles voluntarily |
| Colorado | Colorado Privacy Act | Requires honoring universal opt-out mechanisms (GPC) |
| Virginia and other states | Comprehensive privacy laws | Similar rights; consumer-count thresholds |
| Florida | Florida Digital Bill of Rights | Applies only to businesses with more than US$1 billion in revenue; we still honor your requests |
Insurance customer data that Aion processes under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and state insurance law may be exempt from some of these laws; in that case Aion’s customer privacy notice also applies to you.
9. Non-discrimination
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, provide a lower quality of service or otherwise treat you differently for exercising any of these rights. Withdrawing permission for automated calls does not affect your ability to buy a plan or your eligibility.
