This page gathers the required notices and official contact information for Medicare and for the Health Insurance Marketplace (ACA/Obamacare). It applies to US Enrollment Center LLC (“USEC”) and Aion Insurance Group Corp (“Aion”). Effective: October 28, 2026.
At a glance
- We do not offer every plan available in your area; Medicare.gov and 1-800-MEDICARE can tell you about all of your options.
- We are not the government, Medicare or HealthCare.gov.
- We will never ask for your Medicare or Social Security number on this site, by email or by text.
- Before discussing plan benefits, the agent will read the Medicare notice and record a Scope of Appointment.
- Medicare sales calls are recorded, as CMS requires.
1. Medicare notice
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program or HealthSherpa. We do not offer every plan available in your area. Aion Insurance Group currently represents 8 Medicare organizations and serves beneficiaries in 18 states, including Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin. The plans we offer vary by state, county and ZIP code, and are limited to those available through our contracted carriers. For information on all Medicare plan options available, visit Medicare.gov, call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048) or contact your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP; in Texas, HICAP: 1-800-252-9240). You may only enroll in a plan during the applicable enrollment periods.
2. Plans we offer and where
The plans we offer vary by state, county and ZIP code, and are limited to those available through our contracted carriers. We serve beneficiaries in 18 states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia and Wisconsin.
3. Official Medicare and Marketplace contacts
- Medicare: Medicare.gov or 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. TTY: 1-877-486-2048.
- Health Insurance Marketplace: HealthCare.gov or the Marketplace Call Center at 1-800-318-2596 (TTY 1-855-889-4325).
4. No government affiliation
We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, CMS, HHS, HealthCare.gov or any federal or state Marketplace. This site is not HealthCare.gov. US Enrollment Center LLC is a private marketing and lead-generation company; Aion Insurance Group Corp is a private licensed insurance agency.
5. Who contacts you and how we use your request
When you submit a form, your information will be provided to a licensed insurance agent of Aion Insurance Group Corp (NPN 20292767) for future contact, as required by 42 CFR 422.2274(g)(3). If you call us, we will tell you that you are being transferred to a licensed agent who can enroll you. Your request for information serves as permission for the agent to contact you about the health products you selected; we do not make unsolicited calls, texts or social media messages to Medicare beneficiaries without that prior request.
6. We do not ask for your Medicare or Social Security number
On this site, by email or by text we will never ask for your Medicare number, Social Security number or bank details. If someone claiming to represent us asks for them through those channels, do not provide them and let us know at (855) 925-6430. Only during an enrollment by phone, and only if you decide to enroll, may the licensed agent need certain information for the insurer’s application.
7. Scope of Appointment
Before a marketing appointment about Medicare plans, the agent will agree with you on and record a Scope of Appointment: the types of products you want to discuss (for example, Medicare Advantage, Part D prescription drug plans, Medigap, or dental, vision or hearing plans). The agent will discuss only those products; other health products require a new Scope of Appointment. A Scope of Appointment or request for information is valid for 12 months. Non-health products are not sold during a Medicare appointment; life insurance is handled in a separate contact with its own consent.
8. Call recording
We record all Medicare marketing and sales calls, including web-based calls, and keep them for 6 years (the first 3 in audio), as required by 42 CFR 422.2274(g)(2)(ii). The agent will tell you about the recording at the start of the call.
9. Plans we represent
Aion Insurance Group currently represents 8 Medicare organizations and serves beneficiaries in 18 states. Plans, benefits, premiums, networks and drug formularies vary by area and change every year. A $0 premium is not guaranteed: some plans may have a $0 premium, but you must continue to pay your Medicare Part B premium unless another program pays it for you.
For Marketplace plans, financial help depends on your income and household and is determined by the Marketplace. A $0 premium is not guaranteed and depends on your eligibility.
10. Marketplace enrollment through HealthSherpa
If you compare or enroll in a Marketplace plan from our site, the plan display and enrollment are handled by HealthSherpa, a registered web-broker, with plan information provided by agent Davey Selva (NPN 18969537). Before helping you enroll, the agent must obtain and document your consent, which is kept for 10 years (45 CFR 155.220(j)(2)(iii)). The request form on this site does not replace that consent.
11. Unbiased counseling at no cost from your state (third-party information)
In addition to Medicare.gov and 1-800-MEDICARE, each state has a State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP) that offers unbiased counseling at no cost. In Texas, the program is called HICAP: 1-800-252-9240. This information is provided as additional help and is not part of the TPMO disclaimer, from which CMS removed the SHIP reference for 2027.
12. Non-discrimination and language assistance
We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age or disability. We serve you in English and Spanish at no cost to you, and we can assist by phone through the relay service (TTY 711). If you need help in another language or an alternative format, call (855) 925-6430.
13. Complaints
If you have a complaint about a Medicare plan or an agent, you may call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048) and provide the agent’s name. For complaints about the conduct of an agent or agency in Texas, you may contact the Texas Department of Insurance (tdi.texas.gov). You may also write to us at info@aionigc.com or call (855) 925-6430.
