This policy explains which cookies, pixels and similar technologies the US Enrollment Center LLC (“USEC”) website uses, what they are for, which ones run only with your permission and how to change your choice. It supplements our Privacy Policy. Effective: October 28, 2026.
At a glance
- Some cookies are necessary for the site to work and stay secure; those cannot be turned off from the notice.
- Analytics and advertising cookies (Google, Meta, Microsoft Clarity and others) run only if you click “Accept” in the notice.
- You can change your choice at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not turn on targeted advertising.
- We never send advertising platforms your health or coverage answers, or your name, phone or email in readable form.
1. What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small file a website stores in your browser to remember information, such as your language or your cookie choice. Besides cookies we use similar technologies: browser local storage, pixels or tags (small pieces of code that tell a provider a page was viewed), analytics scripts, and server-to-server connections such as the Meta Conversions API, which send events from our server rather than from your browser.
Cookies may be “first-party” (set by our site) or “third-party” (set by another company such as Google or Meta). They may last only for your session or for a longer period.
2. Categories we use
- Necessary: allow the site to load and stay secure, remember your language and cookie choice, and let forms work and detect automated submissions. They rely on our interest in providing the service you request.
- Analytics: tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and where they struggle, so we can improve the site. Only with your consent.
- Advertising: measure whether our ads work and, in some cases, allow ads to be shown to you on other sites. Only with your consent. Some state laws call this “sharing” or “targeted advertising.”
3. Tools used on this site
The list reflects the tools identified by our technical team. Durations are each provider’s typical values and may vary with configuration.

4. Prior consent and the cookie notice
When you first visit the site, a notice lets you “Accept,” “Reject” or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Until you accept, only necessary tools run, and Google tags load with Consent Mode set to “denied” for analytics storage, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization.
5. How to change your choice
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, we stop activating analytics and advertising tools from that point on; cookies already set can be deleted from your browser. Your choice is stored in your browser; if you switch devices or clear your browsing data, the notice will appear again.
6. Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a choice to opt out of targeted advertising and sharing: we do not activate Google Ads, the Meta Pixel or the Meta Conversions API in that browser, even if “Accept” was clicked. Purely statistical analytics follows your choice in the notice.
7. Pixels, hashed data and “sharing”
If you accept advertising cookies, the following may reach Meta and Google: the page visited, the event type (for example, “request submitted”), cookie and click identifiers, IP address and browser, and, through the Meta Conversions API, your email, phone, ZIP code and state converted into an irreversible encrypted code (SHA-256 hash). The platforms use those codes to match the event to a user account and measure the ad.
Even though the data is hashed, some state laws treat this transfer as “sharing” for cross-context advertising. That is why it happens only with your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
We do not send advertising platforms: your answers about your Medicare situation, current coverage, tobacco use or any other health information; your name, phone or email in readable form; or your Medicare or Social Security number, which we never ask for. We do not build remarketing audiences based on health conditions.
8. Session replay
Microsoft Clarity may anonymously record mouse movements, scrolling and clicks to help us find usability problems. It runs only if you accept analytics cookies, and form fields are masked (data-clarity-mask), so what you type is not recorded. We do not use session replay to identify you.
9. How to disable cookies in your browser
In addition to the site notice, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies.
- Safari: Settings > Privacy > Prevent cross-site tracking.
- Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Enhanced Tracking Protection.
- Edge: Settings > Cookies and site permissions.
You can also use each provider’s tools: Google Ads settings, Meta ad preferences and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If you block all cookies, parts of the site may not work, such as remembering your language.
10. Changes and contact
We will update this policy when we add or remove tools and will review the table at least every 6 months. Questions: newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us or (855) 925-6430 (TTY 711).
