Who We Share Your Information With

Effective: October 28, 2026

This page explains, with no hidden lists, to whom US Enrollment Center LLC (“USEC”) discloses information and why. It expands on the “Who we share information with” section of our Privacy Policy. Effective: October 28, 2026.

At a glance

Your request goes to a single agency: Aion Insurance Group Corp, and only if you check the box that names it.
The technology vendors we use act on our behalf, under contract, and may not use your data for their own purposes.
HealthSherpa and insurers receive your data only when you choose to continue an enrollment or select a plan.
We do not sell your information, we do not sell health data, and we have no “partner list.”
If we ever wanted to share your data with another marketing company, we would ask you first, name it, and give you a separate checkbox.

1. Principles

Minimum necessary: we share only the data each recipient needs for its role.
Named recipients: every recipient or category of recipients appears on this page. If one is added, we will update this page before sharing.
Your choice first: data used to contact or enroll you is shared only with your authorization.
Contracts: vendors commit to confidentiality, security and limited use.
No resale: we do not sell or resell requests (leads).

2. Recipients by category

3. What we do NOT do

We do not sell your personal information or your requests for money or other valuable consideration.
We do not share your information with third parties for them to market their own products to you.
We do not sell or transfer health data or sensitive data.
We do not have or use a “marketing partners” list or links to hundreds of companies that might call you.
We do not share your mobile number or text-message consent with third parties.
We do not ask for or share your Medicare or Social Security number through this site.

4. Transfers between marketing organizations (CMS rule)

For Medicare, both USEC and Aion are third-party marketing organizations (TPMOs) under 42 CFR 422.2260. Under 42 CFR 422.2274(g)(4) and 423.2274(g)(4), a TPMO may share a beneficiary’s data with another TPMO only with the beneficiary’s prior express written consent, given through a clear and conspicuous disclosure that names each recipient and allows the beneficiary to accept or decline each one separately.

That is why the “Information sharing” box names only Aion Insurance Group Corp. If another recipient were ever added, it would appear with its own checkbox that you could accept or decline, and this page would be updated first.

5. Life insurance and Marketplace data

Life insurance requests are handled separately from Medicare requests and are not combined into the same Medicare appointment. Marketplace (ACA) applications you complete on HealthSherpa are also governed by 45 CFR 155.220, which requires documenting your consent before an agent helps you enroll and keeping that record for 10 years.

6. Your rights and choices

You may withdraw your authorization for us to share data with Aion at any time; it will not affect what was already shared, but Aion will stop using your data for marketing. You may ask us for the specific recipients your data was disclosed to, as well as access, correction or deletion, at newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us or (855) 925-6430.
