This page explains how we use insurer names and logos, government program names and our own brands, and how to ask us to remove a logo. It applies to US Enrollment Center LLC (“USEC”) and Aion Insurance Group Corp (“Aion”). Effective: October 28, 2026.
At a glance
- Insurer and plan names and logos belong to their owners.
- Displaying them does not mean those companies endorse us or that we are part of them.
- We are not the government, Medicare, CMS, HealthCare.gov or the Marketplace, and we do not use their logos or the Medicare card.
- We do not offer every plan available in your area.
- If you own a trademark and want a logo removed, write to us and we will handle it promptly.
1. Insurer and plan trademarks
Insurer and plan names, trademarks and logos shown on this site (for example, UnitedHealthcare, Humana, Anthem or Aetna) are the property of their respective owners. We use them nominatively, only to identify companies Aion may work with, and not to suggest that those companies sponsor, endorse or operate this site.
We display an insurer’s logo only when Aion has a current contract with that insurer for the relevant state and year, and when the contract or the insurer permits it. Where logo use is not expressly authorized, we use only the name in text with this disclaimer.
When a page discusses a specific plan, benefit or cost, we identify the plan sponsor by name and plan type in a clearly legible size, as required by 42 CFR 422.2263(b)(9).
2. No government affiliation
We are not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Social Security Administration, HealthCare.gov or any federal or state Health Insurance Marketplace.
- We do not use the CMS, HHS or HealthCare.gov logos, or imitations of them.
- We do not display an image of the Medicare card.
- We do not state or imply that Medicare, CMS or the government recommends or approves our services.
- We do not design the site, its colors or its domain to look like HealthCare.gov or an official page.
The words “Medicare,” “Health Insurance Marketplace,” “Marketplace” and “HealthCare.gov” appear only to describe the programs and to link to their official sources. Health Insurance Marketplace® is a registered trademark of HHS.
2a. How names appear in ads and social media
The same rules apply to our search ads and to the US Enrollment Center Instagram and Facebook accounts: we do not use government or insurer logos without authorization, we do not present an ad as if it were an official Medicare or Social Security notice, we do not describe our company as “Medicare-approved,” and every ad identifies the responsible entity by its legal name or Texas agent license number (28 TAC §21.104). We also do not use names or symbols that could cause confusion about our identity or suggest a relationship with a public institution (28 TAC §21.104(b)-(c)). If you see an ad using our name in a way that seems misleading, please let us know.
3. We do not offer every plan
Aion represents a limited number of organizations and plans. We do not offer every plan available in your area. For information on all of your Medicare options, visit Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE. For Marketplace plans, visit HealthCare.gov. See the full notice on our “Medicare and Marketplace Notices” page.
4. Our own brands
“Aion Insurance,” “Aion Insurance Group,” “US Enrollment Center,” the ‹USE› symbol and associated logos, designs and graphics are trademarks of Aion Insurance Group Corp or US Enrollment Center LLC, as applicable.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to link to our pages and refer to our brands truthfully. You may not use them to impersonate us, to suggest a relationship that does not exist, in your own ads or domain names, or modify them, without our written permission.
5. Photos, testimonials and third-party content
- Images of people may be licensed stock photos or models. When a video or testimonial uses an actor, we will label it “actor portrayal.”
- Beneficiary testimonials are published only if the person was enrolled in the plan at the time of recording; if the person was paid, we will say so. We do not publish fake reviews or suppress negative reviews (16 CFR 465).
- Third-party news is displayed with attribution and a link to its source; we do not reproduce full articles.
6. How to report misuse or request logo removal
If you own a trademark, or act on behalf of the owner, and believe we are using it improperly, or if you want your logo removed, write to info@aionigc.com or newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us with the subject “Trademark use” and include: your name and company; the mark or logo; the web address where it appears; and your request. We will acknowledge receipt within 5 business days and, where appropriate, remove or correct the content within 10 business days.
