This is the written Do Not Call policy of US Enrollment Center LLC (“USEC”) and Aion Insurance Group Corp (“Aion”). It explains how to ask us not to contact you, how quickly we act, and how we comply with Do Not Call lists and calling hours. It is available on request, as required by 47 CFR 64.1200(d). Effective: October 28, 2026.

- For text messages, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP.
- We apply your opt-out as soon as possible and within 10 business days at most.
- We honor the National Do Not Call Registry, the Texas No-Call list and our internal list.

1. How to ask us not to contact you
You may use any of these methods; we do not require a particular one:
- Text messages: reply STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL or UNSUBSCRIBE (we also accept “PARAR,” “BAJA,” “CANCELAR” and similar phrases).
- Calls: tell the agent, or use the automated option in the call where available.
- Email: click the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us or info@aionigc.com.
- Phone: (855) 925-6430 (TTY 711).
- In writing: US Enrollment Center LLC, Attn: Do Not Call, 701 Brickell Ave,, Miami, FL 33131.
To locate your record, tell us the phone number or email you want removed. You may opt out of a single channel (for example, texts) or all of them.
2. Timelines
- Calls and texts: we apply your opt-out as soon as possible and within 10 business days of receipt at most (47 CFR 64.1200(a)(10)-(12)). Our goal is same-day processing.
- Confirmation text: after a STOP we may send one message confirming the opt-out, with no marketing content, usually within 5 minutes.
- Emails: we honor unsubscribes within 10 business days at most and keep the unsubscribe link working for at least 30 days after each email.
- Florida: if you reply STOP to a text, we stop immediately, and in any case before the 15-day period provided by section 501.059.
- National Do Not Call Registry: we use a version of the registry no more than 31 days old.
3. Internal Do Not Call list
We maintain an internal Do Not Call list shared by USEC and Aion. When you ask not to be contacted, your number or email is added to that list and synchronized across the CRM, the dialer, the messaging platform and Mailchimp. We keep the opt-out request as long as needed to honor it.
Our staff are trained on this policy and on the use of the internal list. Every caller identifies himself or herself by name, the company name and a contact number or address.
4. Do Not Call registries
Before each call or text campaign we check numbers against the National Do Not Call Registry, the Texas No-Call list, our internal list and the FCC Reassigned Numbers Database. If you gave us prior express written consent, we may contact you even if your number is on a Do Not Call registry until you withdraw that consent; we document that consent. We do not make unsolicited calls or texts to Medicare beneficiaries (42 CFR 422.2264(a)).
5. Contact hours
| Rule | Permitted hours (recipient’s local time) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Federal (47 CFR 64.1200(c)(1)) | 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. | Applies in every state |
| Texas | We apply the most restrictive hours | |
| Florida (Fla. Stat. 501.616(6)) | 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. | No more than 3 solicitation calls in 24 hours on the same subject |
| Other states | When in doubt, the most restrictive hours apply |
We determine your local time from your ZIP code.
6. Text messages: STOP and HELP
- Programs: “US Enrollment Center Medicare TX” and “US Enrollment Center Obamacare”.
- STOP: ends messages from that program. You will receive one confirmation.
- HELP: you will receive a message with the program name, the phone number (855) 925-6430 and how to opt out.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Do not send medical information or Medicare or Social Security numbers by text message.
If you want to receive messages again after opting out, you may reply START or give us new consent.
7. What an opt-out does not cover
A marketing opt-out does not prevent us from contacting you about matters you expressly requested, or necessary non-marketing communications about a pending policy or application, to the extent the law allows. If you also want those contacts to stop, tell us and we will review it with you.
8. Complaints
If you believe we contacted you after you asked us not to, call (855) 925-6430 or write to newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us; we will investigate and respond. You may also file a complaint with the FCC, the FTC, your state Attorney General or, for an insurance agent, the Texas Department of Insurance.
