Effective: October 28, 2026
US Enrollment Center LLC (“USEC”) and Aion Insurance Group Corp (“Aion”) want everyone, including people with disabilities and older adults, to be able to use this site and ask for help without barriers. This statement explains our goal, what we do, the limitations we know about and how to get help. Date of this statement: October 28, 2026. Last site review: October 28, 2026.
At a glance
- Our goal is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA.
- We are still working toward it: we do not claim “full conformance.”
- If something does not work for you, call (855) 925-6430 (TTY 711): an agent can complete your request with you by phone.
- We serve you in English and Spanish.
- Tell us about the problem and we will respond within 5 business days.
1. Our goal
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, published by the W3C on December 12, 2024, as our reference. The U.S. Department of Justice states that the ADA applies to services offered on the web and points to WCAG as helpful guidance. Our goal is a site that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people who use screen readers, magnifiers, keyboard navigation, voice control or mobile devices.
2. Measures we take
- Orderly headings and page regions (header, navigation, main content, footer) to help screen reader navigation.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1 (3:1 for large text) and at least 3:1 for buttons, checkboxes and field borders.
- Forms with visible labels tied to each field, autocomplete for name, phone, email and ZIP code, and errors explained in text next to the field and announced to screen readers.
- Full keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator that is not hidden by the sticky header or the chat window.
- Buttons, links and checkboxes with a target area of at least 24 by 24 pixels, larger on the main forms.
- Respect for the system “reduce motion” setting: animations stop or are simplified.
- Pop-up windows (such as the guide offer) built as dialogs, with managed focus, Esc to close and focus returned to where you were; they never appear on Get a Quote pages.
- Plain-language text, with “At a glance” summaries on legal pages.
- No puzzle-style CAPTCHA tests; we use an invisible honeypot field to filter automated submissions.
- Alternative text for informative images; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
3. How we test
We review the site with automated tools, manual keyboard testing and screen readers, on desktop and mobile, before major changes are published and at least every 6 months. We fix issues in code and design.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible:
- Consent text on some forms is displayed in small type.
- Some campaign pages rely on JavaScript to display content and notices.
- Third-party content (for example, the HealthSherpa quote tool, insurer PDF documents, or embedded videos or maps) may not meet the same guidelines and is outside our control.
- Some older PDF documents may not be tagged for screen readers. We can provide them in another format.
5. Other ways to get help
If you cannot use part of the site, you do not have to do it alone:
- Call (855) 925-6430. If you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech disability, use the relay service by dialing 711. An agent will help and can complete your request by phone.
- Write to newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us.
- Ask for information in another format (large print, plain text or read aloud by phone). There is no charge for these formats.
Business hours: Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 12 to 9 p.m. (Eastern time).
6. Language assistance
We serve you in English and Spanish at no cost to you. If you prefer another language, let us know and we will find a way to help. Insurers may offer their own language assistance services for plan documents.
7. A widget does not replace compliance
The site may offer an accessibility panel that lets you adjust text size or contrast. It is an extra aid, not a solution: it does not guarantee the site’s accessibility or replace the accessible design and development work described above. In 2025 the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) penalized a widget vendor for claiming without support that its product made websites conformant; that is why we make no such claim.
8. How to report a problem
If you find a barrier, tell us: the page or web address, what you were trying to do, the difficulty you had, and the technology you use (browser, screen reader or device), if you know it. Write to newclients@usenrollmentcenter.us with the subject “Accessibility” or call (855) 925-6430 (TTY 711). We will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days, respond with a fix or an alternative within 5 business days and, if the fix takes longer, tell you when we expect it.
9. Review of this statement
We review this statement at least once a year and whenever we make major changes to the site. Last review: October 28, 2026.
